Why ShopGeist exists
Most support tools are built for American brands with a support team of their own. A store where the same person buys, packs and answers does not fit that shape. So we build the tool for that person instead.
What we measure the product against
Not the number of messages or the response time, but how many customer contacts you never had to touch and how many hours that gives you back.
What we do not build
No help centre builder and no FAQ pages. There are enough of those and they do not solve the problem. We also never write to anyone first: ShopGeist answers, it does not market.
How we talk about unbuilt features
Anything not yet working is marked as in progress on this site rather than sold as finished. On a call we will tell you when it is coming.
